1>SWITCH OFF YOUR MOBILE- you have to just switch off your mobile by pressing the power button with the long press.

2>THEN AGAIN SWITCH ON YOUR MOBILE-then you just switch on your new set. while it is again getting ready for the use you just press the (-) minus volume button with the long press.

And your device will get into the (SAFE MODE) after getting in the SAFE MODE operate your device for 30-60 minutes.

3>EXIT SAFE MODE- then just swipe your title bar (the top of the screen) to downwards then there will be the option of the exit the safe mode the just follow the instruction as per the device.
